Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • All tags must be intact.
  • You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Starting a return is simple. Just reach out to us at info@packsnstax.com.au and let us know about your intention to return. We'll provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send the package back to us. Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense.

Please Note: We can only accept returns for items that have been requested for return in advance. Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

Inspect and Report Damages

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you come across any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, kindly notify us immediately. We'll work to address the issue promptly and make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the eligibility of a specific item.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

For an efficient exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures a seamless and swift exchange experience.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
