Once your order is prepared, shipping times within Australia generally range from 6-10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping fees are a flat rate fee for products under a certain value and free for anything over. You'll have the opportunity to select your preferred shipping location during checkout.

To keep you informed, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate its arrival.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalising your order. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Please also ensure that the shipping address is a physical delivery address where someone is likely to be available to accept the delivery of your order during business hours.
Delivery Attempts:
Our carriers will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the specified address. If no one is available to receive the package, a delivery card or notification may be left for you to arrange a redelivery or pick up from a designated collection point.
International Shipping:
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping fees are a flat rate fee for products under a certain value and free for anything over. These fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Multiple Items in a Single Order:

Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to incorrect address, multiple delivery attempts without success), we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
Damaged or Lost Items:
